1. Muney officers, directors, owners, agents, employees, information providers, (Muney affiliates) make no representation or warranty of any kind, that the content of this site, its functionality, or operation is error free, free from any defect or that defects will be corrected. The content is
   presented to you for illustrative purposes and as general information, it is not intended to be specific advice, and you should not rely on this

Muney and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages, real or assumed, direct or indirect, punitive or consequential incurred as a result of the use of this site, or the information or materials contained within it.    connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of these Terms of Use including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defence of any claim.
4. Should any part of the Terms of Use be declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of jurisdiction, this shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion and such remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect as if the invalid portion of the Terms of Use had been omitted.
5. The terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions, sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this terms of use agreement shall be an appropriate or federal court located in the state of New South Wales.
6. You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit agency.
7. You may be charged a reasonable fee.
8. The terms of retaining Muney will be provided to you once you decide to retain the services of Muney.
9. Muney has received legal opinion to ensure that the information is accurate and useful; Muney recommends you consult a lawyer if you want professional assurance that our information, and your interpretation of it, is appropriate to your particular situation.
10. The Muney site is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to Australian copyright laws, international conventions, and other copyright laws. You are authorized to display, download, archive, and print a single copy of any information, including software, on The Site, or otherwise distributed by us (“Content”) on one computer for your personal, non-commercial use only but you may not in so doing remove or amend any trademark, copyright or other proprietary notice.

By entering your details into this site and pressing submit, you consent to give Muney Pty Ltd (Muney), Credit Repair Australia Pty Ltd (CRA), and DR Administration Pty Ltd (DR Admin) the authority to access your Consumer and Commercial Credit information, including ongoing credit monitoring, on your behalf. This authority applies to assisting you in dealing with a Credit Reporting Body or Credit Provider in relation to an application for credit or having sought advice in relation to existing credit. When we access your individual credit file it will not appear as an enquiry to lenders.
15. These Terms of Use contain the entire understanding between us with respect to this website and no representation, statement, inducement oral or written, not contained herein shall bind either of us.
16. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, at any time without notification.
17. You agree to receive marketing material through emails from Muney. If you do not wish to continue this service you may email us at enquiries@muney.com.au and request that you do not wish to receive emails from our company. Upon your request, we will endeavour to suppress your email address from our database.
18. Muney agrees to provide access to this site on an “as is” basis in a manner consistent with these terms of use. We make no warranties as to its use or applicability for any other purpose. This includes, but is not limited to all content, software, material and information.
19. Where a broker engages with a Muney client, both the broker and Muney client provides Muney an irrevocable authority to engage in full and frank disclosures with their broker using our online portal or other method of communication, and authorise Muney to request (or provide) any client details or other necessary information from their broker, and the broker warrants that they have gained permission from the client for CRA to update the Muney client’s broker simultaneously, prior to or following when an update is provided to the Muney client by Muney.
20. The Privacy Policy also forms part of these terms and conditions.
21. If you supply us with your postal address online, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on products and services or upcoming and/or current events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by sending an email to us at enquiries@muney.com.au . Please provide us with your exact name and address. Upon your request, we will endeavour to suppress your name from our database.
22. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers online may receive telephone contact from us in relation to our services. They also may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such telephone calls, please let us know by sending an email to enquiries@muney.com.au or postal mail to us at the above address. Please provide us with your correct telephone number. Upon your request, we will endeavour to suppress your telephone number from our database.
23. We also reserve the right to release information as required by any governmental or law enforcement agency or under a court order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
